Disclaimers
Guess What Country is entertainment first and education second. These disclaimers set out the limits of what you should rely on, and they form part of our Terms of Service.

1. General and educational purpose
All content on this site and on the @tuchavin channel is published by Guess What Country, based in Los Angeles, California, United States, for general information and entertainment. It is not professional advice of any kind — travel, safety, legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical or otherwise — and no viewer, reader or correspondent relationship is created by using the site. Verify anything important with an official source, such as the U.S. Department of State for travel guidance, and consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before acting.
2. Accuracy and corrections
We research every episode and country guide and verify each location against video transcripts and channel metadata with a double-checked review, but facts change and mistakes happen. We make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free, and we may update or remove anything without notice. If you spot an error, email hello@guesswhatcountry.com with the page or episode and the correction; we review reports and post fixes on the page concerned.
3. Geographic and political neutrality
Borders, country names, capitals, flags and territorial labels shown on the globe and in guides are drawn from open datasets and are used for illustration only. They do not express any political position on disputed territories, sovereignty, statehood or recognition, they do not reflect the position of any government, and no offense to any community is intended. Where a boundary or name is contested, treat our depiction as indicative rather than authoritative.
4. AI-generated content
Clues, SEO recommendations, social snippets, posting schedules, platform-algorithm summaries and analyst commentary are generated by AI models. Output can be incorrect, biased, outdated or entirely fabricated, including cited sources, statistics and posting-time data. Confidence scores and source notes are shown where available and are estimates, not guarantees. Every AI output in the admin portal passes a human review and approval step before it can be applied, and the approving user is responsible for what is published. Do not treat AI output as fact without independently checking it.
5. Quiz, clues and no prizes
The quiz is a free game of skill offered for entertainment. Scores, streaks and clue ladders are stored in your browser, are not audited or verified, and carry no cash value, prize or consideration of any kind — it is not a sweepstakes, contest or gambling offering. Clues are designed to avoid spoilers, but we cannot guarantee that a clue will never narrow a country further than you wanted.
6. External links and platforms
Links to and embeds from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other services are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for third-party content, availability, advertising or data practices, and those platforms' own terms apply. Guess What Country is an independent channel and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or certified by Google LLC, YouTube, Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok. Statistics and algorithm behaviour described on this site are our own observations, not statements from those companies.
7. Sponsorship and affiliate disclosure
Some episodes or pages may include paid sponsorships, gifted travel, complimentary products or affiliate links that earn the channel a commission at no additional cost to you. Any such relationship is disclosed clearly and conspicuously in the relevant video or page in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and California's advertising rules. Sponsorship never determines which country we feature or what we say about it, and all opinions remain our own.
8. Fair use and third-party media
Some footage, imagery, music or data may be used for commentary, criticism, teaching, scholarship and news reporting under the fair use doctrine, 17 U.S.C. § 107. If you own material used here and believe it has been used improperly, send a notice as described in section 7 of our Terms of Service to privacy@guesswhatcountry.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
9. Forward-looking statements
Growth projections, retention models, reach forecasts and “winner recommendations” in the admin portal are modelled estimates based on historical data and assumptions that may prove wrong. They are not promises of future performance and should not be relied on for business or financial decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California and federal law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content published here. This page is part of, and subject to, the warranty disclaimer, liability cap and dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
